Callisto came from an abusive household where her father was always drunk and angry. He often blamed her for anything that went wrong, even if she wasn't home at the time. One night Callisto's mother dissappeared rather suddenly. The police suspected her father had something to do with it, but were never able to prove his guilt. after that settled down a little and her father wasn't being suspected for murder it was decided that they needed to move. He chose to move to Necropolis. Callisto never had any friends and she was too afraid of her father to argue with his views on friends being nothing but heartache waiting to happen. She thought she had nowhere to turn to for safety. Since she was always getting hit and she was never at anyone's house to see the difference between her household and theirs she thought that getting hit was something every child went through. The only thing keeping her from running away had been the many horror stories her father had told her about the kids that live out on the streets. Callisto thought it was safer for her at home with her father then it was outside on the streets.
